      They are the manufacturers of the inverter to my solar panels. Ive has them for less than 3 years and they are about to replace the inverter for the 2nd time in less then 6 months…the first time it took 3 months to get the part. When i called for reimbursement they said someone would call me back. Nobody called me, i incurred over $700 for the 3 months they dragged their feet to get the inverter replaced. I got an email on Saturday that it is down again. All i got was a message from their customer care company that they are waiting on approval from solar edge to see if they will replace the inverter. How long is it going to be another 3 months? It has been a nightmare dealing with them and they never respond.

      Had a solar system placed on or around 09/01/2022, was told by the young men that installed I would here from company in a few days for an appointment for an inspector to come out. I waited for 2 weeks, Then I called the company, left a message , I heard nothing called back after waiting for a week did this for 2 more weeks, then called every day for the next 2 weeks, finally I received a call almost 2months had passed. I was told that the work was never completed, I told them it was all I needed was an inspector. They sent out a electrician, which took almost 3 weeks. The electrician didn't know why he was here because the work was completed. This happen twice . Sending a electrician out when the work was completed the very first day! Now it has been 4 months since this solar system was placed, I am paying for it but can't use it until it is inspected.I haven't heard anything from this company believe me I have called left message after message. My calls haven't been returned, All I want is an Inspector to come out! ***** ******* *** *** ****

      I am soliciting your assistance to resolve a problem with my solar system support (solar system bought from Solcius). I bought my solar system in December 2017 and activated it in January 2018. My solar system inverter started having problems on August 10th, 2022 and totally failed on August 14th. Since then I have continually contacted Solcius Support. Initially they ran diagnostics on my system and determined that the inverter had failed. They then went through their approval process to replace the inverter since the inverter is still under warranty. The replacement inverter was then ordered and approved for shipment by early September. Since then, I have had little response from Solcius Support. Supposedly the inverter was shipped on 12 September. Since then I kept calling and got the response that the inverter is on order. I need to add that Solcius has committed to compensate me for my electric bill, but that doesn’t solve my problem. My biggest problem is the lack of openness and explanation of what is going on plus I need my system fixed. It is now 8 Nov 2022and still no inverter. This is the timeline: 08/10/22 Inverter began resetting 08/14/22 Inverter failed 08/15/22 Notified Solcius that the system was down 09/06/22 After several calls Solcius verified the inverter had failed and approved a replacement. The replacement request was submitted to solaredge. 09/09/22 Solcius provide solaredge replacement email and phone number. I began contacting solaredge. Solaredge finally approved replacement and requested inverter shipment. Inverter shipment was approved and has been shipped since then. 11/07/22 Still waiting for the inverter to arrive. I have contacted both Solcius and solaredge continually since then with no results. This is unacceptable.
