July $662 rent and Collection fee $414 =Total of $1138 Deposit $750 Plus the unbearable situation of no cooler during most of the summer and properties issues. Dispute the collection fee agency, Rent over July, Utilities July, deposit Time frame Jude 23rd , 2023 Reason of dispute is - Charges for month July - Withheld my deposit. - Properties damages for a long period of time - Unable to work some days because of the heat or electricity issues. - Walked in without previous notices when fixing roof and checking cooling - No notice of fixing roof - I had visitors at home when this happened.Initial Complaint

I leased out a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment thru cascade ridge apartments on 1/26/24 before moving in I was aware the dryer hookup was electric and the dryer I own is gas kaitlinn the manager told me that could be changed to gas for us so we moved in and when it was time to change it we were informed they couldn’t change it due to how expensive it would be I contacted Kaitlin to let her know and her solution was we either paid over 5000.00 to Switch it or she’d find someone to take over our lease we opted to leaving our lease kaitlinn asked us to move out on the 2/29/24 before 5pm so we did on 3/6/24 I contacted her and she told me I’m not getting my full deposit back 1200 that I’m responsible to pay the rent for 3-1/3-4 as that is when the new tenants took over I was made to move out on 2/29 when I could have stayed until 3-4 if I knew I’d have to pay for it I have everything stated over text with Kaitlynn as well as pictures the whole experience was bad we literally moved in settled in then had to move out and all we get was there was a misunderstanding sorry this is not okay.
