Complaint about Ecom Family Contact Email**: ************************ ********** ************************************************** In December 2023, I purchased a mentor course from Ecom Family, which turned out to be extremely disappointing. Initially, they modified their refund policy several times, which created confusion and concern. Despite numerous complaints from students about lack of communication, my requests for a refund were consistently ignored. The course itself was inadequate. We were instructed to use Discord for communication, a platform not mentioned at the start, and expected to troubleshoot problems on our own. One of my main goals was to learn how to sell on Amazon. However, Ecom Family assigned me a product that they were already selling, creating a direct competition issue. Promises to resolve these issues and provide additional support were not fulfilled. I was told I needed to text them over 500 times for assistance, a requirement later reduced to 200, yet I received no responses. They assured they would build the site, handle all tasks, and teach me how to manage it, but they did none of this. Over $1,000 was taken from me with no tangible results. Requests for proof of their work and a refund were met with refusal. I am submitting this complaint to alert others to Ecom Family’s deceptive practices. They failed to deliver the services they advertised, and their handling of my case feels fraudulent. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tim Fligg
