When I enrolled into the program in informed the person I wanted to try it out for the first few months and if I like it I would continue service. without my consent they enrolled me into a program than what was agreed upon and was being billed for more months when I hadn't agreed on. I requested a refund and have not been provided the refund. They want me to have usage time however I am not interested and would like my money back as soon as possible. They want me to settle in a way that benefits them not me as a client.Initial Complaint

The RedX is a lead generation company that I’ve used once or twice for my real estate business. Each time I’ve used their service I called and ordered what I need for one month at a time because I don’t use their service often and I don’t use the same package all the time. I ordered red from RedX in august, and haven’t used their service for 2 weeks. Nothing in September or October. The Redx decides to bill my account for November for $170 (11/15). I called to obtain a refund and they refused stating that they had called and emailed me. I haven’t received any emails and they did not even have my correct number on file so I know they never called me. I explained that I am experiencing a hardship and was using that money towards the situation that I am enduring but the Red X did not care. Their manager Robby refused to inform me the avenues that I could take to further escalate this matter within the company. Robby also refuse me to offer his real name, an employee ID number, or an interaction number. They also informed me that they have been trying to run the payment every other day since October 1st without informing. RedX also does not inform their customer that their service is a subscription service. I would like to have this company investigated upon charges of deceptive practices, negligence to properly inform customer and also negligence to contact customer. Their failure to properly do business has placed me in a hardship. I cannot even buy food for my son at this point!Initial Complaint

They lock you into an automatic payment system and refuse to cancel and provide any refunds. They state that they can only cancel the future subscriptions and will not pro-rate anything. If the service was great, then I wouldn't have a problem. But when they charge $540/6 months, yet provide outdated and completely false phone numbers as "leads", it's absolutely ridiculous. I'd be lucky to get 5-10% correct numbers in a lead campaign. Not anywhere near the astronomical price value that they are stamping on this sub-par service.
