Did a great job on my computer. Took care of all my concerns in a very friendly and professional way. Also, I was very impressed with their follow up. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future.

Wonderful! My problems were fixed perfectly by cleaning my computer out in a manner in which I am not comfortable. I am deeply relieved to know I can attend to problems quickly without having to take the computer to a physical outlet. Thank you to all who worked on it!Review from Carol F

Do not like! Did business with them a few years ago and although they did a good job cleaning up my pc, they recently left a vm on my phone telling me that the credit card they had was no good and there were a lot of issues with my pc. I knew nothing about this but for the email they left on my phone. Sooooo, they were prepared to connect with my pc AND charge my card without my consent! This is so wrong that I now unplugg all my devices after I sign off. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY....Marquee IT, LLC Response

This was a previous customer we were following up with. We did a free check and found issues. She did not want us to fix them so we did not. There was no intention to charge her card unless she wanted our service.Review from Darrell A

I was reviewing my bank cards statements for 2021 and I discovered two charges from this company. I have not done business with them and I do not Know who they are or how they got my credit card. That was on my **************** card. That same date I found on my **** card a charge for $800 from a company I believe is associated with this Marquee IT company. I did talk to someone about a service to fight being hacked. when I called them for service much later I discovered there is no phone number that works and email that is defunct.It was stupid to buy this service on the phone. I didn't realize I had been duped until I went to ask for help on my computer. This is ***** fraud there is no other work for this. do not do business with this "company"Marquee IT, LLC Response

Looks like we helped ****** originally in May of this year and then in june we billed him for a membership.While on our membership he chatted us on June 14th saying:"someone clled from *********** and indicated that my apple account had been breached in ******* and Another foreign country. I haven't used my Apple account for weeks and my apple cash account is also inactive. Canyou tell if this is a scam. I hung up on them I didn't think they were legitimate. Any information will help me"We called him and talked to him about how to identify scam calls and explained them to him and that he was right to hang up on them.Then on July 12th he chatted us again saying:"I wish to cancel my contract as soon as possible for your services. there are no problem issues. I may start up again at a later date"We canceled his membership and we havent contacted him since nor has he hasnt contacted us. He is clearly confusing our company with someone else. You are pleasant, obliging, trustworthy and effective. I am an 88 year old man who doesn't drive. Getting my computer seviced at home from local agencies takes time. I book and wait days before it gets fixed. Your service is fast.Marquee IT, LLC Response
