I've been going to Frandsen dental for years. They used to have a great dentist who was honest and fair. The Dentist they have now *********** is a con artist. They charged me $1200 for a crown and when I got my insurance statement. It said my portion should have been $428. They got $600 from my insurance. They double billed. That is Fraud! Yesterday I went to get my teeth cleaned and the lady did not even scrap or polish them. It took her two minutes and she tells me I have a tiny chip in my tooth at the base of a crown. The dentist comes in and starts talking about how I will need a new crown WTH? Somehow he already knew it had been five years since it was done so it was no longer under warranty. I asked how you get a chip at the base of your tooth that is covered by a crown and why I would need a new crown. He said the chip will make decay possible in the future. He did not however say anything about fixing the obvious chip in my front tooth. Nor did he say he would fix the crown I'd just paid for that gets food caught in it constantly and bleeds. That is where decay will grow. . He won't be making enough money off a small filling or fixing his mistake on the tooth crown he just got paid $1800 for. He obviously does not care about my dental health or preventative maintenance or fixing his mistakes. I got one of those mirrors to look for this so called chip. There is no chip! He tried to get me to do a crown I did not need! Yet he made no mention of the work that actually needed to be fixed. I have no doubt he wouldn't tell me if I had a cavity until he could try to CONvince me I needed and implant. If you like your preventative dental care ignored and to pay for crowns you don't need as well as insurance fraud. Then *********** is the dentist for you! I realized I paid $3400 to this place for an implant a couple of years ago there is a 99% chance I didn't need as well. This was for a mysterious cavity under a crown he claimed couldn't be filled. It took me 3 years to pay it off. . . *********** is an arrogant psychopathic con man who only cares about taking advantage of people. he needs his license suspended. I'm going to find a new dentist and report him to my insurance for fraud.
