In February 2023 I purchased two tickets to a Night Lights event on September 10th 2023. I purchased ticket protection with these tickets in the event that I could not attend. The event was rescheduled by the vendor twice and I was unable to attend. I requested and was granted a refund. The people at night lights are telling me that they can only refund my money to my original form of payment. Unfortunately it was a debit card to a bank account that is now closed. According to the policy posted on their website in this case they can mail me a paper check. I have contacted them several times about this and they are refusing to do so. They really send me an email with the same blanket statement over and over telling me that I can contact my bank and provide them with an Arn number to track the transaction. At this point I'm quite sure I'm not going to receive my refund and I'd like you to intervene.Initial Complaint

Bought tickets to even months in advance then when was getting to the gate was told no lanterns ..all sold...we had purched in months ago so we should have had two under our name..also told that we should have had wrist bands mails...that was never doneInitial Complaint

I bought 4 tickets to a Night Light event. Which was cancelled and I would like a full refund.
