We initialized a warranty policy when we signed up for Direct TV in May 2020. The first payment was taken from our account in June 2020. The Direct TV account was cancelled in May 2021, but we did not realize we had to cancel this insurance separately and it has quietly been being removed from our checking since June 2021. However, on March 11, 2022, Iron Shield Warranty deducted 5 payments of $6.99 from our checking account and one additional payment of $6.99 on March 14, 2022. This caught my attention on our most recent bank statement just received. I attempted to call the company number I had and received an "all circuits are busy" recording. After waiting a bit, I tried again (multiple times) and the call is immediately ended, leading me to believe my number is now blocked. While previous months' debits are my fault, I would like the service cancelled and the March charges refunded.Initial Complaint

I checked my bank account and noticed $6.99 taken out of my account seven times in the same day tried calling the number given for Iron Shield Warranty only get voicemail Direct Tv says they are not affiliated with this company and knows nothing about them which I feel is a lie with all the complaints Direct Tv should know something I just want my money back and never to be charged again I have canceled Direct TvInitial Complaint

I have been trying for over a year to contact this company to cancel this service. I have left multiple messages with no response. I did get someone that answered the phone today, but the number (allegedly) was the cell phone of a former employee. They appear to not exist, except for the fact that they are continually withdrawing money from my bank account. They are scammers and need to be stopped. When I contact Direct TV about them, they claim that they have no association with them, however, based on comments I see here, they are still promoting this service.Initial Complaint

I would like to cancel my warranty from Iron sheild, from when I order Direct tv. I havn't Direct tv in years. I don't know how they are able to get away with this. I added all they money they have taken from me, and it's alot.
