      I live in ************ which is a park that they bought 2 years ago. I've been asking to have my patio cement slab to get redone. In the winter time it pops up and locks me in the house. I'm handicap the manager response is there's no money in the budget. But now if I can get in and out of my place it hurts my body. I have about 10 inches to squeeze thru. But when they give out a violation u are given 30 days or get evicted. 2 years and nothing has been done. I'm now forced to call *** and other programs for help. This company is a joke and treats residence like s*** I'm also seeking attorneys for lawsuit.

      Haven park is about money. They penny and dime some of our more vulnerable people out of there homes. Setting the rent so hi they can sell there homes they can't afford to stay .were does that leave you homeless . Haven park leaves family's with nothing. Because of greed . I've seen it in my community.

      Same story as all the others live in a mobile home community and ********. This company bought out our mobile home park and they have continually increased our lot rent and lease rent. At least every year, if not twice a year, they just recently on the 1st of January decided. They're not renewing any leases and gave everyone at least the ultimatum of either purchase your home or get out by the end of February. I'm a single father and this is tough. Not gonna.Lie I hate this company and I do have a vendetta out against them.

      Is a zero stars a possibility? This company is an absolute JOKE. Have fired three property managers in the communities near me, LARGO, FL and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS a simple phone call, text, email. NOTHING. ZERO response. This is no way to conduct business. Extremely unprofessional. Three weeks, three weeks and NO RESPONSE. RUN from this company, do not walk. You WILL be sorry.

      Rent in Haven Park was $350.00, now it is $995.00 just for the lot and then they charge for water and triple charge for sewer and garbage keeps going up , no improvements in 3 yrs , just lot rent raises every year , Management never stays long here , when they do they hide in office ,only here to collect rent and evict people . Only thing Haven Park is good at is making Elderly on a fixed income Homeless .

      It does not come as a surprise that this company comes with a one star review. I have literally been trying to reach SOMEONE in the office or in the corporate office about a property that was destroyed in the hurricane and CANNOT get ANYONE to respond. I have dealt with this now for over two weeks and it's absolutely absurd. All this AND you continue to raise lot rents. What about customer service?? What if there is an emergency? I would give this company zero stars if I could. RUN don't WALK away from them.

      I recently moved into the ***************************/****************, and loved it. It has, however, recently been acquired by Havenpark, with no information brought to the current residents throughout the purchasing process. No chance to research the potential new owners or to fight the sale if we deemed necessary. We only found out the name of the new owners AFTER the sale had gone through. When I moved here in Jan, my lot rent was around $550. This is a bit steep for the area already, but now they are increasing lot rent for new residents to $895, with plans to increase lot rent to current residents. This increase in price does not appear to have any added benefits at all, and is just simply an increase. People across the country living in Havenpark communities are all saying the same thing: a **** up in lot rent and refusing to buy the trailers from current owners. Thus leaving us the option of going bankrupt or working 2 more jobs just to keep living in our homes. Their claim is that this is the market rent. However, lot rents in ********* seem to be between $380-460 which makes that claim false.

      I live in a mobile home community in ******************************************* bought out our management last year. Since then, they've increased our rent yearly by at least $100/ month, they've changed the rent to no longer include trash and other amenities, and they've made it basically impossible to contact their corporate office. The situation has come to a head now because I'm moving out and trying to sell my trailer (I just graduated from *****************). We discovered that they've increased the rent for new tenants by more than $200/ month over what it is for current tenants. We've had several people interested in buying our trailer, but all of them have stopped pursuing it once they find out what the lot rent is. I've tried several different ways of contacting their corporate office with no luck, and I'm considering starting a tenant's union to protest the unfair rent hikes. This company has several complaints against them for doing this to every mobile home community they've bought out, and it's disgusting. I am getting increasingly frustrated that I cannot contact them, and I am certain that they've done this on purpose.

      June 21,22,and 23 our water was shut off with no notice from the management office. I missed work because of this, I work for DOD on ******************************* in ****** ********. This company took over our utilities and didn't notify residents for 3 months, the first letter that they sent out was for space rent increases that included future park improvements. The home next to me fenced off my back porch and didn't remove the fence but just cut off what was attached to my home. I also was forced to pay $60 more than I owed because they said it showed on my books as a debt that they paid as part of their price to buy the park! The increases are for more than just tax increases for our county and are excessive! If I could move my home I would! This was a 55+ park when I bought my home in 2022, it's why I bought my home here, they opened it to anyone that could pass a background check, plus it's no longer owner occupy its lease or rents now! It is becoming a trashy trailer park not a park where senior citizens feel safe!
