On Nov 1st of 2021. I paid nearly 280 to LDSBookstore. Somehow the wrong product was sent on Nov 3 2021. I labeled it as a wrong item return to sender and the carrier took it off my porch the following day. Frdex was the carrier. I know some company's are slow with refunds due yo covid I waited awhile until I contacted the store who claims they never hot the return. I've spent months between the store and ***** fighting for my money back. The store claims that feded is denying their insurance claim. This store is a religious store yet they fo not act very Holy. Even after I've planned I have had 2 strokes and take care of 2 special needs kids it took gorever to save for the quad but their response is a very uncaring "buy another" I saw that and cried..... this was very dpecial purchase gor me and now I'm left with a loss of about $280 and no product . At this point I want my money returned so that i can buy elsewhere . I don't try and deal with UnHodly people who steal from others and they stole my moneyBusiness response

We shipped the product to the customer which they received. The customer wanted to return it which we were willing to accept but have never received the product from the customer.
