I ordered custom sized boxes with EcoSwift online yet those I received were the wrong size. Because the boxes I wanted were irregular, I felt it was okay to spend a little extra at 90 cents per box. Since then, EcoSwift changed the price listing for the boxes I received by mail which weren't the ones I ordered, making it appear the boxes I received were of a higher quality than those I wanted. To make matters worse, a receipt was not mailed with the boxes. This was clearly the fault of an employee at the company.Business response

Hello, we have researched this issue and in error the 4x4x4 boxes were shipped out instead of the 4x4x3. We take this seriously and have reviewed this with our warehouse and are reaching out to the customer to provide a satisfactory resolution for them. We can confirm that no attempt was made to change pricing or mislead the customer. We apologize for the error and want to make things right. Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority.
