  I approached the window and engaged in a normal, civil conversation when Marsha, a manager or owner, interrupted me and never stopped interrupting me, “I’m not giving your car back until you pay ME,” in front of her other employees. “I love my job. I make lots of money!” She refused to let me pay to get my vehicle back and closed the window so I walked into the office and she physically assaulted me and almost slammed my hand in HER door. Finally when she calmed down, she said, “Apologize!” and tried to manipulate me into apologizing to her after she just assaulted me. She then proceeded to charge me $395, not $400–a deal! She lied to me and told me I couldn’t park at the library parking lot, which is of course public parking. This is twice the amount I’ve ever paid any towing company in my life. This woman is selfish, greedy, prideful, and dangerous. This company is raping the public and taking advantage. They have many decent cars in the 2015 range that have obviously been sitting in the lot too long to be worth getting back at $400/day. These are thieves and if you are a business with any scruples, you will not engage with them because if they can treat me like this, they WILL treat you like this—it’s just a matter of time. Criminals always turn on their allies. I legally parked so I contacted a supervisor at the police station and they said they can review it and reimburse me if they find me not at fault. While I’m at it I’m going to report this business and make sure this information gets into the right hands to discourage Park City police from using this establishment to do their dirty work and I’ll also be reporting this business to BBB. People operating businesses like this should be in prison for money laundering. I would love to get at least half of my payment back if the police department doesn't dismiss it.

  I picked up my vehicle a couple of weeks ago from this towing company. There was no payment exchange because the car allowed for none due to a mixup at the hospital. The manager TIFFIANY began bulleying me and threatened me to take her to court for the damages the towing company made on my vehicle. I did not want any issue with you, I was only asking what happened and she lost control. Very unprofessional.
