Contacted Solaray via the website Contact Us page mid March 2024 - NO response. Emailed Solaray, 4 April 2024 (****************), NO response. I subscribed to the subscription with a free trial. Once I realized it was a terrible service that was not worth $35 a month, I tried to cancel. The page they link to cancel is a fake page that does not have working links to cancel. I have email customer support multiple times with no response and I continue to be charged. I want my money back, my subscription cancelled and all of my information removed from their system.Initial Complaint

12/17 the package was delivered. It was unsealed. I contacted the business and it took forever to get a hold of them. I mentioned a.refund due to losing my son, im out of the country, the refund would be for *****. Again, id like a refund for an unsealed bottle and since I cannot get a response, id like my refund through BBB..Business response

I purchased their Progesterone body cream on Amazon on May 14, 2022 and after using it 3 times the pump stopped working! They advertise that their cream is measured with every pump. But what good is it if the pump stops working?! I purchased another bottle on June 25, 2022 to see if it worked and again the pump stopped working after 3 or 4 pumps! I contacted them on their website but never received a reply. I tried returning on Amazon but they don't do refunds even if their product is defective which this surely is!! Now because of their defective bottles I'm out $60.00!!Business response
