On January 22nd I paid $3,400.00 to Avanta Services to draw up some plain language contracts for a business I am starting. After several weeks of not hearing anything I finally received a questionnaire to fill out, which I did in two days. For the next several weeks I heard nothing from them. One time I tried to call the office and the phones were disconnected. On March 19, 2024, I finally received an email stating they would have drafts of the contracts drawn up by Friday, March 22. I never received the drafts and every time I call they tell me to leave a message and email Dana Ball the owner. I did that several times, and they don't return phone calls or emails. I have informed them I am terminating my business with them and want a full refund. They have not answered that phone call or email.
