I was told if I joined the mentor program i could accumulate properties upon training if not it’s a guaranteed to receive your money back or a property that value what I spent . I have not accumulated anything. I tried reaching out several times nobody returns my calls or emails I get the run around and I’m just asking for what was guaranteed .Initial Complaint

Tax Sale Support Custom Coaching Stephen S****** and Shade F**** - very dishonest, greedy, unprofessional! They offer a Custom Coaching Package - 1on1 coaching, which should be called a “We take your money and you do it yourself program” It is supposed to be a Coaching Program customized to you, providing mentoring to get personalized help with the investing, reviewing and giving the recommendations on the purchases of your interest…In reality, they take your money and forget your name! No one responding to you, no one reviewing the properties of your interest, there is no communication whatsoever. The OTC lists are outdated, not current, there is nothing available for purchase in the data/ lists they are charging you for. The only thing you get for $2500 is the access to the FREE YouTube channel videos, available for everyone for free! So, do not waste your money - watch free YouTube videos, if you are interested, anyway that is all that you get for $2500! I reached out to them to request a refund, since they failed to build a Coaching Program customized to me and failed to provide me with mentoring to get personalized help. They are totally ignoring me, no one answers to my requests, emails, nothing. Even with no customer support! They took my money and forgot my name! They are refusing to take any accountability, they have no integrity! Their deceptive and unfair business practices are unacceptable!Initial Complaint

Sent to Stephen & Shade by email, text, mail & through FB w/ no reply accept by Ann stating she was deleting it. I went to OK tax auction & paid $15,500 for course I should never have done w/ travel exp , got 2 pieces of property in which I'm still paying exp on one as its not selling, not getting help from coach unless I reach out . Ann had to get involved & stated my one call with coach I was not going to do what he said it was not my market. On top of it going through marital issues & now I'm drowning financially in a nightmare divorce owing thousands of dollars in bills & attorney fees & may be getting kicked out of my home with no money to move or get another home. I live on disability & no friends or family to support me. I live w/ both my children who are suicidal & can't even support themselves. On top of that I'm an only child & take care of my moms needs which I've been unable to do . I know gurus seem to think you can find the money , get the money, beg, borrow or steal to make your dreams happen but in my case it catapulted my financially situation negatively by being told to go through credit card stacking to get this funded. I am asking for a refund of my money as I didn't have it then to waste & have gotten nowhere with what I was taught in fact more in real estate debt trying. Please refund my money back I have tried to contact Stephen & Shade through text messages ,other employees Ann, Owen, & Dana, that were involved in my transaction w/ still no response from either two. They're high pressure sales tactics coercing me to do credit card stacking to pay for the coaching before they helped me & I could go on a tour & now has completely ruined my credit & I'm needing to prove I can refinance my home in my divorce proceeding which now I can no longer do because of this & them promising I would be extremely successful at this & will not have any financial worries once I get some properties bought & sold. The lies & deception continue when reach
