My partner and I used Qube as our primary 'bank' for about 18 months based on family recommendations. For the most part the app was great and worked as intended. We did not have problems with the debit card, delays in transferring money in or out or similar that I see echoed here. Frankly it is a pretty neat app, even though we didn't use as expected. It makes one heck of a bill pay platform. We were never able to fully leave our primary bank (traditional brick and mortar) due to the ability to get money into Qube in a timely fashion or write checks. Despite **** support noting transfer limits they posted in the thousands of dollars, we never had success with anything close to those. We only were ever able to transfer small amounts less than a few hundred dollars INTO Qube via Direct Debit. I'm not talking Cash App, but platforms like my companies Payroll provider or using ******** Messenger (at the guidance of Qube Support) moving money between debit cards for our joint account. There is nothing shady about it, I am aware this is a problem. Fintech groups need to look out for so I can respect the system limits... I'd end up splitting rent payments between Qube and my primary bank. While I could live with this, last week **** denied an ACH payment due to a known system limitation they have. This was the last straw. I then got worried pulling out thousands of dollars that they will freeze my account for fraud. Just too much to worry about with Qube that I never had to with a traditional bank.

"QUBE" is a bank account and budgeting platform all in one. It is the ONLY bank that utilizes the "cash envelope" budgeting system, and there's really nothing that compares to it. It has completely changed our lives, and we can now afford to do things that we couldn't before. It also allows us to teach our children to be responsible with their money, as they each get their own debit card, and we can transfer money to them for their "allowance", which works out very well. It's impossible to overdraw your account, and each bill "qube" has it's own account number, so there's no getting things mixed up. We can't say enough good things about this platform.

What I love about Qube, is that you can manage and use your finances all in one app. You don't need two apps to do that.

There are not enough good things I can say about Qube. Best financial budgeting app I've ever used, and has completely changed my life. The **************** and Development teams are all amazing, responsive, and just incredible.
