Hello My name is ******************** was contacted by this company saying I was approved for a ******* dollar grant. They told me today 11-11-2022 that they would have the money over to my bank in 4 minutes. They proceeded to tell me it was not a scam as I gave them my information. I have been applying for jobs and I believe this is how they contacted me. I truly believe this is wrong for people to do. They then proceeded to tell me they will charge my card **** and it would be refunded. I told them I do not authorize any transaction of money being taken from my account. I got on the website and requested a cancel. They never told me anything about a membership. I am demanding my money be returned and no further transactions to go through. I am very upset about this. The mans name was *********************** and he gave me a conformation number for it. I tried to call the number they called from and it was disconnected. Please get rid of this membership.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our service helps people find and apply for funding opportunities such as grants, but we can't guarantee anything. It sounds like the sales person did a terrible job of explaining how it works. We have refunded the charge and removed her from our membership database. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I received a call from a gentleman with a thick Middle Eastern accent stating that he was with us financial resources and that I got approved for $4,300 that I did not have to pay back due to financial difficulties. I gave him the information because I have been applying for loans online and thought that it may be something like that and I thought he was legitimate because he had my address my phone number and even the state that I live in, he told me that the money would be in my account within 15 to 30 minutes and proceeded to take $5.87 out of my account and said it would be put back with the $4,300. I feel like a total fool but I think the only reason that I fell for it was because I do need the money and like I said I have been applying for loans online. I hope that you could please put the $5.87 back into my account and cancel any further membership or withdraws from this company from my account. I hope that this can be done in a timely manner before they take my information and start taking monthly withdrawals from my account. I only say monthly withdrawals because I have been reading the reviews on this and everybody said that their account was taken from monthly in the amount of $59.99 and I cannot afford for that to happen to me. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have notified the sales person of this issue and will make sure this doesn't happen again. Customers can indeed get grants to help with various needs, but it is not automatic as this customer was led to believe. We have issued a full refund and will remove her from our customer list. I was contacted by US financial resources saying I was approved for a ***** grant from the groverment that I DONT have to pay back and at first they said it would happen while we was on the phone and then is was supposed suppose to be in 24 hrs never did they say anything about a membership I applied for grant to help my family and I. I have 1year old twins and have to be able to take care so when people call and lie like that the financial security been ones ver emotional time it's not right and as far as it looks for I will not be getting the **** I WAS PROMMI?Ed I want the $5.87 I would like what sanjjnaaaaa2Business response

Thank you for letting us know of this issue. There has clearly been some miscommunication. Our program assists people in applying for grants and other funding opportunities but there is never any guarantee and it doesn't happen immediately or without filling out a full application. ***************** claimed to be apart of the bbB Government badge id number ****** Said I was approved for a grant said he wouldnt ask for any information but then did and i was charged ***** from blizzard entertainment, $5.87 was taking out right away and then yesterday the day **** of America suppose to call and me give them the confirmation number (which is Allllll bullshyttt) was charged again 3 times in one day I want my money back you guys are fake schemers and this isnt right I will be reporting thisBusiness response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It looks like this customer spoke to one of our phone sales representatives on Thursday March 17. Our program assists people in applying for grants and other funding opportunities. It sounds like our sales rep did a poor job of explaining how it works and I can understand why this customer would be upset. We have only charged him the initial set up fee of $5.87, which has been refunded and his name and information has been removed from our customer database. In his complaint he mentioned another charge of $79 or something but that was not from our company and we had nothing to do with that. Thank you.
