I placed an order on July 31, ******* credit card was charged for the order.We never received the shipment. I have sent numerous emails (their only source of contact) with no response whatsoever.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on September 8th for four bottles of grape I never got a confirmation on my order It is now September 23rd I have called numerous times and been told they're shipping problems and they're having email problems but they will follow up this is never happened I have emailed the company I've made numerous phone calls and I had a customer service representative hang up on me when I demanded to speak with a supervisor I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life with any company. I paid $119 and still have no product I will never do business with this company again and beware You will not get anywhere if you make an order and there's an issue no customer service at all and this company should be ashamed. I am also following a dispute with my credit card company what I'm considering is the disrespect charging me for service a product that they have not to delivered.Initial Complaint

Placed and order for L-Arginine Plus on 10-27-2022. A UPS label was created for the product to be shipped but since that label was created there is no further information available for the shipping of the product. It was never picked up by UPS. I called Customer Service 3 times and they told me there is nothing they can do. I also sent them an email to which I have received no response. PLEASE HELPInitial Complaint

April 5. 2022. I ordered 2 containers of l arginine. The company sent me 4 and charged the additional two containers using my debit card. I called them many time. They would not credit my account. I went to the post office to pay to return one unopened package.. l arginine swears they didnt receive it. I am trying to get my money back for the 2 extra orders. 68.24.Business response

Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction with the firm’s services. Lexington represented this and every client to ensure that negative items on their credit report are accurate and substantiated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington represents clients in sending communications on their behalf, as well as providing other credit related services such as identity theft protection and insurance, credit monitoring and analysis, and online credit and budgeting tools. As indicated in the engagement agreement, clients pay Lexington based on services rendered and not results that are out of Lexington’s control. Because payments are made after services are rendered, most clients will have a final payment even after ending the representation. This information is all included in the engagement agreement each individual must sign in order to become a client.
A Lexington attorney reviewed this case carefully and determined that a refund of two monthly payments was in order. A Lexington Attorney reached out to Ms. ********* and left a voice mail advising the same. It normally takes three to five days for a refund to show up on the account.
Lexington wishes Ms. ********* the best in her future endeavors.
