      On December 22, 2023, we ordered 3 pairs of Bombshell Pants from Summitskin Outdoor Gear. We did not receive an email confirmation so I took a screenshot of the order confirmation page. The item did not arrive. I was able to print a copy of the transaction on Square. There was an email conversation attempting to resolve this and they have stopped responding. I am mailing printed copies of our order and a letter requesting a refund. Our credit card was charged the full amount.

      Ordered a pair of pants on December 3rd 2023 as of january 2024 there has been no shipment or response from the company. All instagram ads have been removed and email password reset link requests do not work. This is likely a fraudulent company.

      Purchased - Buy two get one free pants. Date of purchase: 9/26/2023. It's been a month and no shipment received. No phone numbers listed on receipt of purchase for customer support. Tracked down the addresses of Company in Pleasant Grove, UT and Lindon, UT (Its listed as Lindon, AL on the receipt but there is no address for a town in AL spelled Lindon). NONE of the phone numbers work and there is 0 response from the support email listed as **************************. Order # ********** Company Address is listed as: ** * **** * Lindon, UT 84042

      I have contacted the company prior telling them stop sending me email as well as clicking the unsubscribe and yet I still get their email after them stating in an email I no longer have that they would remove my email from their mailing list. They are sending from multiple email addresses the same thing and had stopped for a while then started emailing me again. I had ordered several yrs ago a pair of pants from them that wasn't like they described in their site and told them to stop sending me message's back then. I've attached email that I had found from 2 yrs ago I didn't know I even had that was hidden as well as the email from today where they started again emailing me! Both brands in the email bombshell pants, and the email from summitskingear are of the same company.

      The original order was placed 10/30/22 (order #****), we did not receive anything, so I called the company. They did respond and sent an order (#****) out that we did receive. When we received it, the item was not as expected. I contacted them on 12/6/22 by email explaining that I had an item I would like to return. On 12/7/22 they responded by email telling me to see their return policy. The web-site return page they had given did not work and it was a different web-site. wildcountrygear.com. I did ship the item back on 12/10/22 with all the information I could think of, along with a picture of the item that they requested. It was sent to the address they had given me. It was sent USPS, tracking number **********************. I waited until 1/14/23 and contacted them again because I had still not received a refund. I did check the tracking number and the item was received on their end 12/12/22. In my email to them I included all the previous information, tracking information and requested a refund $79.95. On 1/16/23 I received another email from them saying they would inform the team and get back to me. That is the last I heard. If you are unable to get my money back I understand, but hopefully others won't have to go through this same situation. Thank you. **** ********
