      I received gummies that I never ordered. Called to return them and was told I had to wait 60 days. I called again in November and received an RMA #. Returned the gummies and waited for my refund. Started calling in December and got excuse after excuse as to why I had not received it. Was finally told, I would have it by the end of February. We are now in March and I still don’t have it! I want my refund. I will file a suit in small Claims court and make it a pain in their neck for them when all They have to do is send my refund to make me whole.

      Made an online purchase from this company for a product on a promotional offer. As soon as I hit the accept, i recieved a fraud alert from Discover (should have been my first clue) I advised Discover that I did make the purchase. On 9-4-22 I recieved the product 199.88 along with an additional product I did not agree to purchase 59.99. I reported the incident to Discover who requested that I attempt to resolve the issue with the seller LUXRY HLTH. i called the number provided to me by Discover and spoke with someone with broken english, I attempted to cancel the order but was told that the items had already shipped and could not be returned for 60 days and that after the 60 days the unused products could be returned for a refund. Prior to the 60 days another charge was attempted on my Discover for 199.88 under the name of REV HLTH that was denied by Discover. Then on 10-14-22 I was billed again by LUXRY HELTH for 199.88, however i could not dispute the charge because it was pending. I called the company again to cancel the order, and they said they could not locate my account and would call me back in an hour (never received a call back). I then asked to cancel any re-accuring deliveries from their company and they assured me that i was not going to get any more product from them. Of course the product then arrived at my home, so I called the company again and they were not able to locate my account again and asked if they could call me back in an hour (played that game before) I refused the call back option and was finally able to get them to locate my account. They again advised mt that I could not return the product for 60 days even though it was sent out in (their) error. I was able to get them to give me an RMA for the product they sent on 9-4-22 (at my expense), so I will return those products for a refund (we will see if a refund is ever issued). I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person hung up on me. Very deceptive advertizing/poor customer service.

      Be careful if you are ordering the keto diet from Luxury health, I was charged 250 dollars for their product and its false advertising! When I contacted them, I keep getting the Run around, finally I got the return authorization! I was told that they received and will credit my account with in 24 to 48 hours! Tus morning I was told that they didn't have records of receiving it on an email, I called their customer service phone number, the woman that answered said that my bank was issued a credit, when I questioned how was it possible if they didn't have may bank info. She hung up twice, I keep calling until a guy named Ray verified that they received the product and advised me to continue to make "a big request" what ever that means, the product was shipped from Lakeland ***** ***** They phone # ###-###-#### , I need information how to contact 8 on your side! Thanks

      Ordered what I thought was BOGO for $59 for one time. Received 2 bottles and was billed for both. A month later I received 2 more that I had been billed for without my knowledge. I had never received a confirmation email so I had no contact info and no way of knowing it would be recurring. I called and ask how I could get a refund- they said I'd have to wait 30 days before returning. I got my credit card number changed but was charged yet again this month- another $119.88 (3 times total when my initial order was for $59). I called the number on my statement and was told that recurring shipments will be cancelled by a guy named Jay. I just want my money back! The product doesn't even work (and there had been a money back guarantee noted on the order page).

      My bank alerted me to a fraud charge from them. I called the number provided by them and they tried to say I was subscribed to something I had no clue I was subscribed for. She proceeded to cancel everything and stated I won't get charged again. Oct 14 my bank alerted me again of fraud charges from them. I called again and was told I will be billed and they won't refund my money because they shipped the product. I did not want this, authorize this and was told this would not happen again. This is fraud!

      On 7/10/22 my daughter-in-law was researching this product; it stated $59 BOGO. She went to the check out to verify the correct amount. My card was saved in the computer and she accidentally ordered the product. The company was unreachable to cancel the order. I froze my Discover account immediately, but the purchase went through any way. Product was received and marked "Return to Sender" and sent back. On 8/16/22 another purchase was placed on my card even though it was frozen. It was apparently a recurring product; my daughter-in-law does not recall that being part of her research. Discover stated it was still pending so a dispute could not be entered. I got the phone number for Luxury Health and called them. Huge run around on connecting with a person and even though the current order was pending and not shipped, they quoted company policy that I had to receive the product for 60 days and then have 30 days to return it after requesting an RMA#. Then they would possibly refund me. The ordering process was sketchy with the promise of BOGO, the refusal to refund me for the order not yet processed and their receiving the original order back without refunding me because I did not have a tracking number are all unethical practices. I simply want a refund for $119.88 on 7/10 and $119.88 on 8/16.
