Called customer service multiple times. The information listed on tracking system shows that my package arrived and departed at the same time which is not accurate from the conversation I had with several customer service agents. It seems to me that this shipping company is engaging in nefarious activities. They kept suggesting that I call the company I ordered from and ask for a replacement. International Bridge company needs to be held responsible. Information found through research shows the many complaints levied against this company. As noted they have a terrible reputation and they need to be thoroughly investigated.Business response

International Bridge has confirmed that they lost 2 of my packages in the same month during transit under their handling. They were responsible for transporting the packages to USPS as a shipping partner, but both packages got lost under their handling and never made it to USPS. Their customer service had provided misleading information to me by saying that they handed them off to USPS, when USPS had confirmed that USPS do not even have either tracking number on their manifest and never had the packages in their possession. After I corrected International Bridge customer service's misformation and told them that USPS has confirmed that none of their cargo includes my packages, they then told me that my packages are lost. They lost both of my packages in the same month and customer service provided misinformation for both packages before I had to correct them with information from USPS' customer service. Lost my package on 1/21/22. I reached out and was liied to by their customer service team as to the location/tracking of the package. see details below: Andejela You are lying to me and I do not appreciate this. Here are the 2 lies 1- **** did not misspeak she straight ** emailed CS saying she spoke to me. She did not, nor did she leave a coherant VM. it was 14 seconds of static and then a hangup. This is a lie because there is no way an attempt was even made to convey information in a 14 second voicemail. You are backing this and supporting a culture of dishonesty. 2- Your company has tracking showing it was delivered to ***** ******. Do not try to avoid the responsibility of this and say you can only track it to LA. This showing on INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE's website. Meaning you can track it to *****. This means AGAIN you are lying and illegally withholding (or lost) my purchased goods. See the below photo.I expect an actual answer and resolution. I ordered Yeezy sandals in the beginning of December and it got shipped to a blue bird facility on December 16 2021 and its january 5 and it hasnt even moved yet its been like 3 weeks my tracking order is **********************************Business response

International Bridge provides multiple services to our clients. One of those is called Blue E-postage and it offers ability to generate and print shipping labels through a specific platform. That way, seller can be more efficient to operate and integrate into fulfillment workflow. Those are non touch packages which means we never receive the items, and they are going through some other companys warehouses. The seller prints the label through our system, but the logistics of the package movement are not under the scope of International Bridge operations. Instead, seller can choose to ship the packages through another logistics provider, or through the **** directly.
With all being said, INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE BLUEBIRD is our service that helps sellers to print labels on their own. This is the case with your package with tracking number ******************************. It means that seller is in charge of further transportation and processing. At this point, what we can do is monitor the package on **** website and advise once we see acceptance scan from ****. For any specific questions I suggest you to contact the seller.

I ORDERED A PACKAGE, CONTAINING ITEMS FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT SELLERS ON ALIEXPRESS, ITEMS WERE FROM CHINA. THE ITEMS WERE COMBINED INTO A SINGLE PARCEL. THE PARCEL MADE ALL THE WAY TO THE CITY THAT I LIVE IN AND THEN STOPPED. I CONTACTED INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THE ISSUE. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THERE WERE DELAYS AND THAT I WOULD BE GETTING IT SOON, I KNEW THIS WAS BOGUS AS I HAD OTHER PACKAGES COME THRU AFTER THE FACT FROM THEM WHERE THERE WAS NO ISSUE AND NO DELAY. THE LAST TIME I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM I WAS GIVEN THE SAME OLD ANSWERS AND THEY ACTUALLY TRIED TO TELL ME TO TRY AND GET A REFUND FROM THE SELLERS. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO GET A REFUND FROM THE SELLER WHEN THE SELLER PAID INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE? THIS IS EITHER THEFT OR INCOMPETENCE, NO OTHER WAY AROUND IT. ITEMS WERE PURCHASED NOV 6TH 2021 AND STOPPED MOVING PN NOV 27TH 2021 TRACKING NUMBER #******************************
