August 2024. Ordered a print of a golf course. Print arrived and I was charged $90. The print bears no resemblance to the actual course. I want to return and get the correct print. I have contacted them 6 times via email at [email protected]. No response. No phone number on the website.Business response

On August 14, 2024, The customer Eileen Dinn placed an order for a framed print Blue Hill Country Club, Massachusetts from our website ***************************. The order was shipped on August 19, 2022 and got delivered August 22, 2024 with tracking number ************************** from USPS.
The customer claims that the artwork bears no resemblance to the actual course when we sent her exactly what she ordered and shown on our website - ***********************************************************************************************. We do custom designs for golf courses but the customer ordered an existing artwork which she can check and review for any mistakes before placing an order.
We also have not received any email or communication prior to placing an order or even before the order is shipped for possible revisions or corrections.
We are more than happy to accommodate a replacement if we sent her the wrong artwork or print but with her case, we sent her exactly what she ordered.

I purchased an order from golf course prints.com and immediately realized I used an incorrect shipping address Upon realizing, I tried to contact the business to address the error. They do not have a listed phone number, and the only email address they share to communicate with customers is not an active email address and does not receive emails I visited their Facebook page to try to get in contact, and was ignored via messenger and the facebook call function The company charged my card immediately when order was placed, but I have not received ANY confirmation or indication that my order was received, processed, or that they have seen my messages about the shipping address issue I have no clue if they are sending my order, I have no clue where they are sending the order, and no one is communicating with me from the company. 11/27 I ordered two prints from this company. Order number *****. 12/18 the order was delivered and opened. We received an incorrect print. I emailed [email protected] on 12/18 with the picture of the incorrect print we received. 1/24 after still not hearing from them I submitted a complaint on their website. Shauna replied on 1/24 asking for the picture that was previously submitted. I attached the picture on 1/24 with no reply. I followed up again on 1/29 with no reply.Initial Complaint

Transaction occurred 12/15/2023 I paid the business $157.00 They were supposed to provide me a framed print of Waynesborough Country Club, Pennsylvania. This was supposed to be a natural wood frame 18x24inch print. I received Woodland Country Club Indiana 18x24inch natural wood frame print. My order number is #*****. The business has ignored my emails. They have no desire to fix the issue. They started ignoring my emails after I would check on it every 2 weeks. I knew they were late & they stated that they were really behind from the holidays. They failed to help, so I decided to file a claim with my bank because I didn’t order what I received. I also made sure to keep the packaging on in hopes they would tell me where to return it to. I want my money back at this point because it was a waste of money.
