When I first got notified my package was delivered and never showed up I waited over 24 hours just in case it was marked early. Well it never came. When I reached out to the company they told me there’s nothing they can do. A few more days pass and I finally get my package that was delivered to the wrong house jus to find out there’s faulty wiring and the product doesn’t work. I emailed them and they said they don’t accept returns. If I knew this I would have never ordered from the company because ordering online is already unknown than buying in person. I’ve contacted the business by phone multiple times leaving voicemails with no answer. They only responded to 2 of my emails with no help. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and help. Customers aren’t a priority nor are protected. I am stressed and frustrated by this situation.Initial Complaint

The company instructed to send them pictures. We sent them on Feb 25, 2022. When we did not hear anything back. We have tried calling more than 3 times & sending email reminders more than 4 times. Have not heard anything back. According to company instructions, we attached 2 pictures of the warmer along, clearly showing Model number. Please have company send the bulb for MP-148 that is not working & under warranty? Address: **** ******** **** *** Houston TX 77095.Initial Complaint

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago for 10 of the hideaway wax scent cubes. When my order arrived in a previously used bag that was in awful condition, I only received 7 of the hideaway wax scent cubes. I contacted customer support regarding the issue, and after a few days, I finally received written correspondence that I would receive the remaining 3 hideaway wax scent cubes. I received that package today, and I received 5 completely random wax scent cubes that I cannot even use due to allergies. I was supposed to receive the missing 3 hideaway scents. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I have received no answer and am given their hours of operations message, despite them being open. At this point, I would just like to receive a refund as I was charged for all 10. Thank you.
