            I called Elite repair .. Maury came and looked at my washer because it was leaking. He said he could buy my washer and dryer from me. It would be $85 just for the consultation. Long story short. He said it would be $385.00 for the visit, and he would take my set and give me another one he bought from someone else.He said the washer needed a new pump. Which would cost 500-600 dollars. I gave him a check. But the next day I called him back because It just sounded fishy to me . He said he would return my $300.00 back. I have been texting him and calling. He hasn't returned it after a month. And FYI.....I moved the washer myself and leveled it. It has been running fine now.

            I bought a washer and dryer from here and the washer broke on the 10th day and we waited to call until the 12th because we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. That was the second time we had ever used the washer. When I called to get help I wash told it would be 75$ to have someone come look at it and on top of that I would also have to pay for the repairs. I agreed that that was ridiculous because we had literally just bought the washer and they argued back that they had no idea how truthful we were being with the timeliness and that it's wasn't like we had bought it 10 days ago. At that point they didn't know the exact date but I have proof of when we purchased and when we got that we were offered to fix the machine however we would have to bring it in. We obviously can't do that that's why we had them come install it and when I said that we couldn't bring it in they hung up on me.
