I bought a washer and dryer from here and the washer broke on the 10th day and we waited to call until the 12th because we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. That was the second time we had ever used the washer. When I called to get help I wash told it would be 75$ to have someone come look at it and on top of that I would also have to pay for the repairs. I agreed that that was ridiculous because we had literally just bought the washer and they argued back that they had no idea how truthful we were being with the timeliness and that it's wasn't like we had bought it 10 days ago. At that point they didn't know the exact date but I have proof of when we purchased and when we got that we were offered to fix the machine however we would have to bring it in. We obviously can't do that that's why we had them come install it and when I said that we couldn't bring it in they hung up on me.Review from Matthew O

the repair guy came out Jan 6th, said I needed a new fan. charged me 155 for a small fan. I replaced the fan myself. it still didn't spin. He told me some things to try over the phone. they didn't work. He said he would come swap out the computer board with some that he had. that was more then a week later. he came and swapped them out and that didn't fix the problem. He said he had to take the fridge to his shop and he would work on it when he had free time. He said he would take back the fan and reimburse me. He sounded legit, although I don't know why my repair job wasn't at the top of his priority list. It had been over 2 weeks. So he said he would come pick up the fridge 3 different times. and didn't show up.the 3rd time I told him to forget it. and asked about getting my money back for the fan. he said the store would not refund for parts that had been opened. This was 4 weeks since the first contact.The 2nd repair guy fixed the fridge, and found out the new fan, didn't work. and he put back the fan that had always been in the fridge and it worked just fine.
