This company has little or no customer support. There chat does not work, email has strange responses and phone is useless. Its just some guy working from home with no way to get a supervisor. What a waist of time.

I signed up with this joke of a company. Was met immediately with inept people that refused to listen to what I said and just sent prewritten replies that had nothing to do with my issue. The issue turned out to be an "employee" which I now find is the owner. This is a one man operation (not counting his wife). So complaints about rude and frustrating employees goes nowhere. I know this is a one man op after looking up company info online and after finally finding a phone number (which they went to great lengths to hide from me) I left a message from and with a phone number not associated with my account, yet miraculously I got a reply email with the exact same message the rude employee gave me online. Hmmm, how do people like this stay in business?I feel bad giving them a 1 star rating, but zero was not an option.

For some inexplicable reason (that no-one could explain to me) it is necessary for a customer (who has *********************** from the site previously) to email the customer service team for a change of address. This is the first (and only) time this has ever been required of me, across dozens of e-commerce sites and hundreds (if not thousands) of online transactions. It simply makes no senseThe customer service team further diminishes the company reputation by forcing existing customers to submit proof of address if their address is changed within a year of creating their account. They are incredibly unconcerned about the customer, the customer experience, or even losing business because customers cannot bid or pay for items up for auction.I do not know what is behind this policy, but it reeks of bureaucracy and does nothing but add time, cost and alienates the customers. I could have simply verified my change in address by using the credit card validation process. Which is an existing process that is intended to verify address information.

I suspect that the site themselves would max out my bid amount for every bid I would place. I would even receive phone calls from the site about expensive items to go bid on.
