              I have a loan from the above lender. My bank account was compromised at no fault of theirs. They have been harassing me through email and texts threatening to garnish my wages. I’ve explained the issues and asked for a lower payment biweekly and they are continuing to state that they want more than I can afford. And before this company responds, I did my research as well. I was not aware that this was a tribal lender until I found some information from the federal trade commission . Debt collectors cannot garnish consumers’ wages without a court order, and they cannot sue consumers in a tribal court that doesn’t have jurisdiction over their cases,” said Jessica R***, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “Regardless of tribal affiliation, debt collectors must comply with federal law. Now that being said, I have no problem repaying my debt but any outstanding interest, no, I’ll pay what I owe biweekly.

              If I could I wouldn't even give them a star not only does the company charge you a little over double for back payment on a ****** dollar loan,they take ALL your information, tell you you're approved, sign pages with thousands of words they ask for your bank account number and then deny you with no explanation. FOR ******!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!. I borrowed an ****** loan I Paid off in 2 weeks by another company. When things unexpectedly hit you and you need a few dollars to get by for a couple of weeks they lie to you. The bad credit companies take advantage of you especially after they've taken all your information and tell you you're approved. What a scam. I'm gonna send a letter a letter to the governor and representatives about letting this happen. That's why there's so many homeless people around. Someone might have not given them a little break and set them back.
