            I ordered a photo book from Chatbooks January 15 2024. My mother in law gifted me a subscription for a year to this company. I have never received the book. The company says its due to my local post office. Theyve reshipped twice to my address and then asked for an alternate address which I gave them. None of the shipments have arrived. I asked for a refund to my mother in law and they said no because it was a gift subscription but then can give me a credit. Anything I buy from them never shows up, I dont want a credit. My mother in law paid for a good that was never delivered. That is unlawful. They need to issue a refund.

            I've been charged an annual subscription for the last 3 years without my consent. Upon investigation, they found that a duplicate subscription was created on my account (by them), but because it's **** past 6 months", they refuse to issue a refund of $326.26 for 2022 and 2023 charges even though they see that a duplicate account was created (not by me). They offered to give me ChatBooks credit...CREDIT TO THEM AFTER THEY STOLE THE MONEY FROM ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. They also require a credit card to be on file at all times. I purchased a yearbook in 2021 and they've continued to charge my card ever since. ********.
