On Sept 24,2022 a Sales Rep *********************** came to my home to sell me Solar Panels he said he worked for *****************, but later I found out he was working for Aptive Solar. He promised that if I signed the contract that same night I would get $500.00 and that I would get a tax credit if $11,000.00, I told him I dont file taxes because my wife and I are on Social Security Disability he stated it didnt matter would still be able to get the credit. I still was not sure whether to get the panels I asked him would I have power all day and night if we had a Hurricane he stated yes I would during our conversation he never once mentioned I needed a battery for that. Once the panels were installed I found out I did need a battery . I called **** and told me he had misspoke and that he would work with is Supervisor to get me a battery. A few weeks went by and I questioned him again he told me that the batteries were out of stock, now after almost 4 months he has ignored all my text, emails and phone calls. So at this time I have not received my $500.00 he promised it the battery. I continue to ********* Energy and they tell me that he works for Aptive Solar . I have gotten no where with the company or the Sales Rep
