On July 22, 2022 I purchased a 2011 subaru from Cesar Santos LLC. On August 6th, 2022 just two weeks after the purchase my car began overheating on the freeway, every light on my dashboard came on within seconds while I tried to get off the freeway. My car was towed that night. Cesar Santos was able to take my car in on Thursday August 11th. I got my car back and after 10 minutes of the car being on the road it began overheating again. I took the car back to Cesar Santos. Now every time I call the Business they either hang up on me or have said “our mechanic is trying to figure out what’s wrong.” That provide me with zero information and I basically have to go to the dealership to get a crumb of information. I called today Monday August 15th, just for them to tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong but that my three month warranty might not cover the total cost. I have barely had the car for two weeks when it had ti be towed and now they want me to pay for the damages that they sold it to me with.
