      I purchased these items on sale with nothing that said the items were final sale (even in the email attached is says nothing regarding final sale). I went to return two of the dresses as they were not good quality especially for the price point and it showed up 'final sale' on the website when I went to initiate the return process. I sent an email immediately to their listed customer support email address (as they did not have anything else mentioned to reach out to them). I sent 4 emails within the 3 weeks and have not received any communication at all. In addition, I reached out on their social page in direct messages and commented on some of their images and they then hid my message from Instagram. I am extremely disappointed in their obvious lack of customer service and mis-informing their customers on something being returnable, and then surprising them that something is non-returnable. I would like to be refunded for the total amount that I purchased and tried to return. I will NOT be purchasing from her again

      I purchased a dress that was small, I reached out to the company to seek an exchange, or store credit. On December 12th they kindly replied they would allow me to return my $128 dress for store credit. I confirmed (yes, and thank you) and they have completely ignored me since and never followed through on their business agreement. I have followed-up about six times since December 12 by replying to the email, or starting a new email request (assuming something went wrong with the email chain), and tried contacting via Instagram. I am incredibly disappointed and am here to give them continued business as the dress is for my husband's military promotion- yet they engage in customer service agreements and then ignore the customer.
