      I recently purchased the A6L. The delivery was spotty with the installation as I was left with a Spa that had 2 issues, one with the Covermate III system (They stripped the screws trying to put it together) and the second was the waterfall didn't work. The tech that came out a few days later was great and resolved both issues. After a couple of weeks, the foam on the Covermate III handles broke apart and spilt about halfway, more so because of the design which needs to be brought up with their supplier as this reflects badly on Bullfrog. I asked the salesperson in the ******** office what to do and was told she usually has people cut it and tape the end, apparently, it's a known issue by Bullfrog. I responded that I prefer replacements as that would look cheap, no response yet about that. 2 days have passed, and I noticed the control panel, (there are 2 besides the main control), stopped working. I sent that off to them in an email and still no response after 2 days. It's a sad system when corporate has no way of filing a warranty issue besides going to the store you purchased it from. At this point I am not sure I would ever recommend Bullfrog Spas.

      Our Bullfrog spa is over 2 months late and contacting the salesman is a nightmare. Doesn't return calls. We should have looked at review before buying the spa!

      I placed my order on 07/14/2023 with the expectation the spa would be installed during the week of 08/21/2023. It is now 09/12/2023 - no word from Bullfrog if my spa has been manufactured or shipped. I have left multiple messages with Bullfrog without any callback. CUSTOMER SERVICE *****.

      Complete nightmare. We spent ****** on the Swim Spa S200. It came damaged from the factory. They had cross threaded a connection and it cracked. The spa sat empty for 4 weeks because they said they could not get the part from Bullfrog. It did not get resolved until we threatened to bring the spa back and dump it in the parking lot and they could give us back our ******. It was fixed for 2 weeks. I went out to check the water and our Spa was empty! Another leak in a different place. Still have not heard from Bullfrog even tho I sent several emails to customer escalations. There are no words in the vocabulary to describe how mad and disappointed we are. We will not be spending a dime on another Bullfrog product. DO NOT BUY !!!

      Bought my spa in October of 2020, delivered in late December of 2020. I'm on my third leak, and customer service is extremely slow for fixing the first, then slow for the second and now still won't contact me to fix the third leak. It's under warranty and can say that those spa's manufactured during Covid-19 had subpar manufacturing and quality control. I would like to be able to contact someone at Bull Frog itself, but they won't speak to me. Really what they should do is replace my hot tub with a new one without continued leaks. I would not recommend buying a Bullfrog at all.

      This spa is falling apart. Side panels have warped and the pads are bubbling. Called to get service from distributor they have not returned call. Called back multiple times to have someone tell us they will call us back. Stay away from this spa. They claim to be reliable with great service. Our experience has been the opposite.

      I ordered two filters for my Bullfrog spa on December 29th and received a confirmation email back thanking me for my order as well as an email that payment had been processed. I have called, emailed and used Bullfrogs contact center to find out when I will receive my filters. I haven't had any response period and they don't send you any tracking information so I have no idea where my order is at or if its even been shipped. The email that was generated when I placed the order says that the orders usually ship in ************************** holidays and weekends its still way over the 24 hours. I'm at the point that I'll probably call my credit card money to get my money back because it appears to be fraud on the part of Bullfrog. I don't expect them to respond to the BBB complaint since they are only a 2 out of 5 for their rating.

      We ordered our Bull Frog Spa first week of May 2021 from the ******* store. We were told at that time we would be contacted in August for a September delivery. Seemed like a long wait but we couldn't have been more excited. August came and I didn't hear from Bull Frog so I called the ******* Store only to be told it wouldn't be until October before the spa would be delivered. Well its now October and no communication from Bull Frog again. I called the ******* store again only to be told that it would now be November or December. Bottom line is they have a bevy of excuses but no idea when it will be delivered. To add insult to injury, your down payment is non refundable after three days.
