I called 3/10/21 & got put on the very long waitlist to have my son attend. I got a call 11/2021 offering me a spot for 2 days a week. I let them know that we need 5 days & I asked that they keep us on the waitlist. 1/2022 my husband called to make sure we were still on the waitlist and they confirmed we were. 2/8/22, we get a call offering 3 days a week to start immediately or we can select 5 days a week starting 8/22/22. We opted for 5 days a week starting 8/22/22. I immediately paid our deposit to reserve the spot & got confirmation email on February 9, 2022 that he was registered & enrolled to start this month. We have gotten a new system and in the system he was active but not set as enrolled in the classroom. Thank you, Blooming Minds Montessori Administration ". I frantically start calling, praying this is a mistake. They refuse to answer my calls. I'm literally in tears right now. They've given me 10 days to find childcare (I say 10 because its so late in the day now that I can't even try to call around now). How can this be? There's clearly been another mistake. We can't be one of the last 4 people to enroll. We've been on the waitlist a year and 5 months! I'm devastated.
