              Parked in one of there lots in downtown Cleveland. They had a sign that just said $7 parking. Parked my car went to the kiosk which also didn't mention any time limitations nor stipulated any rules or regulations. Couldn't get a hold of customer service for weeks until today left a message on the company page and left a voicemail the manager of the company I'm with also called during those few weeks I couldn't reach anyone. They finally responded the employee that called me said they would call me back. But then I get an email from another employee stating they are the only one in the entire company that deals with disputes. And kept going back and forth trying to lie.

              Booted for being a visitor and parking in visitor parking for less than three hours at my sister in laws.Forced to wait over two hours with two very small children, late into the night to get it removed.*****, the contact was very aggressive and offered no help with the solution and refused to meet with officers at the scene.They showed themselves to be very predatory and borderline scammed.
