DO NOT USE THIS 'SERVICE.'I was conned and basically had my money stolen from me. I know that this my appear a ludicrous claim to make, but rest assured, these people are NOT to be trusted to deliver neither quality goods nor anything remotely close to quality service.There were 2 parts to my disastrous experience. First, I purchased my frames through this vendor that ABSOLUTELY uses Bait and Switch as a major part of their business model. And second, I used their payment service, Sezzle.I purchased my frames on July 4th, 2022. Not only did they send me the wrong frames, the frames that they sent were used frames. They were bent. I returned the frames and asked that they send the frames that I had ordered, and they asked me what I wanted to do. Obviously, I wanted the frames that I had ordered to be sent. After weeks, and not receiving my frames, they claim to have returned my money, but they did not.Worse than all of this, they refused to give me any login information where I could see my account, the invoice that matched the order # on the invoice that I have, and the transaction information showing where my money had been returned... All they would say, was 'contact your bank... I've used Quicken for over 20 years, I knew they were lying and when I contacted my bank they affirmed that the money wasn't returned and since it was beyond 60 day, they couldn't help me.Sezzle is as equally horrible, as they were either incapable or unwilling to provide me with either access to my account, or evidence that maybe that is where my money went.Regardless of ******'s ridiculous inabilities to understand anything that I was saying, they wasted so much of my time and had me in an endless Service Loop I was forced to give up and file Complaints with the **** AG, FTC, BBB and any other agency that provides oversight in this unfortunate transaction.My niece used their Service. Never sent the correct frames and it took months for them to return her money.

BEWARE! Looking for a cheaper price? Don't look here. They are all about holding your money - never filling your original order. Then they spend all their effort to get you to order something they have in stock. They are all about applying the old Bait and Switch tactic. Reported to my ********** Good luck if you ordered something from them.

I ordered a pair of glasses for their wedding anniversary and they did not send my order and they do not answer every time I call and I asked them to return my money but they did not answer.Please do not buy from this site because it seems that they are not real and it is a fraud company.They will take the money from you but will not deliver your order.
