October 16, 2022 we had a leak in the line to our dishwasher. I called my homeowners insurance American Family. The referred me to ServePro St. George. I called them, then got to the house before I did. My daughter let them in. When I got there, they had destroyed the back splash between our high/ low kitchen cabinet. They had also broke the upper lever granite off of the cabinet. The leak had nothing to do with the cabinet. All they needed to do was pull out the dishwasher and run fans. Rather the damages they caused have been bud at $18,000k to replace. We have not had a kitchen since October, no water, no sink, electricity or counter top. The home owners insurance denied the claim. ServePro will not come back and reinstall what they broke down. I’m not asking to they replace it with new. I simply want it put back and repaired. To date Serve Pro stands behind their work staring they had approval. Obviously if the claim is denied, they had no approval. I’ve had to pay another company $6,300. Out of pocket to repair and put back what ServePro refused to do. I wish to file a claim against ServePro insurance. They refuse to give me their insurance information.
