We already paid a roofer 600$ to fix previous roofing failures from Johnson Sunrooms. Now, we notice other areas of the roof are leaking and the ridge vent needs to be redone. We also had to pay another contractor 3500$ to redo the French drain that Luke falsley claimed to know how to install. Additionally, we were left with hundreds of dollars to pay in permitting after Luke and his team walked off the job - but not before trying to get us to pay him the final payment, while work remained VERY incomplete/incorrect. Luke's subcontractors also tried to pressure us to pay them after claiming that Luke/Johnson Sunrooms did not pay them.Initial Complaint

Contract signed for a three-season room with Johnson Sunroom, to be added to the back of home on January 2023 and for work to be started and completed summer - fall of 2023. Footings were dug into the existing pavers by Luke J****** in early August. During this time, my existing downspouts were removed and did not have anything put back in place until late October. Framing and roof was started mid August - early September. Started noticing large puddling September 10th and took photos asking Luke when my gutters and downspouts would be put back in. Nothing was done until late October when most of the three-season room was completed. Windows were installed in December. Started to notice water entering the inside the room and asked for it to be resealed. At a much later date, Luke sent Daniel out to attempt, but nothing seemed to help. Asked for another attempt to come out and fix and Daniel out down sand, but nothing worked. Finally months later, after multiple times of buying new rugs, airing out the room with fans and putting down towels to soak up the water was beyond frustrated. This has been going on so long that Luke claims he has no reason why we are asking him to fix something that isn't his problem. So I reached out to multiple companies over last few months and found out the problem is from a crushed drain line that was crushed when Luke installed the footings with concrete. I have spent more time and money to find out the solution and I am asking from Luke or Daniel to pay to fix the problem he created. At this time, this is the main problem, but I also have sap leaking from the ceiling and all they seem to do is cover it up with stain. I have drops dripping and sticking to my floor. The planks should be replaced instead.
