I made a purchase of ammunition on 25 May 24 in the amount of $340.99. Plus $25.00 shipping. For a total of $365.99. The purchase was for (Hornandy LEVERevolution .45-70 Government 325 Grain Flex Tip 500 rounds). Order #*****. Payment made by PayPal "Friends and Family" as directed by seller. Once payment was made, seller refused to send my order. Nor would they give me a refund of my money. I have screen shots of the purchase page. Along with PayPal receipt and all text messages with the seller.Initial Complaint

Dates of transaction March 5th and March 6th 2023 Online purchases I made two purchases from Bulk Cheap ammo shop. Com Each for $274.50, totalling $549.00 for Hornady .45 LC ammunition. They acknowledged the transaction and assured me that an email with a tracking number will be sent soon. After a couple of days, I went back an asked for my tracking number and they said that they were very busy but to be patient. I waited a few more days and tried again. They didn't reply. Today, March 31, 2023. I contacted them and asked if they were going to resolve my order. They said yes, and they said wait an hour and return back. After the hour transpired, I queried them and they said that it looked like I didn't pay for insurance. I asked if they could provide me a ship date and tracking number. They did not respond to me and I have had no resolution from them. They have received full payments of $274.50 twice for two orders. But not resolution is in process. On January 11, 2003 I placed an order for ammunition with this business via their website. Total cost, $238.50. It appears that this is a scam website and my money was taken. Payment was made via Zelle. A copy of the transcript of the conversation chat is attached. I seek to have my money refunded and, if determined that this is a scam website and the perpetrators can be determined, I would file charges against them if my money is not refunded.
