      A week after dropping my car off (I called on the day I was told work would begin) I was told “oh I forgot that car was here ha ha “ . After that 3 cell phones and a tablet for my work were stolen and I was told, by a supervisor, “this happens all the time there’s nothing we can do”. I could go on but I am sure nothing will come of me raising my issue as I was assured by a supervisor . You would think with the amount I pay for the car and the over priced repairs (800 for a water pump on a Chevy Malibu for example) I would get better customer. Service. I now take my car to the Sandy location here in UTAH. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience .

      So I am upset about the difference in customer service and how badly I got treated when I have given Lucky’s Auto a lot of money and was told oil changes and testing included with the purchase or Loan on a car. I pull in to the Service Center in October, the guy tested my car then said it failed, belittled me for having a Check Engine Light on then said he did not have time to further diagnose or tell me why it is not passing emissions test. I get you guys were really busy and that was same case with other Shops that I checked with. Anyways, I come back shortly before my temporary permit was going to expire and the guy had no sympathy that I have not managed to get my car to pass and I really at least wanted a letter or invoice and find out what would be needed for purposes of DMV. The tech or clerk seemed irritated and said he would not even be able to look at my car until maybe December 9th. Again, I have paid a lot of money for this car, still owe thousands and wish I would get some better service for all the money I have poured into a used car. Ripped me off, at least I got a car but then the bad customer service on top of that is really upsetting. I want to speak to the Manager of Lucky’s Service Center and better not experience retaliation or be given another bad time when I come for an oil change. It would be about $50 to just go somewhere else since my car uses synthetic but again I’m reminding you guys that the oil changes was part of the deal I made in sales, when I decided to get the Auto Loan. Again, I wish to escalate to the General Manager and would also like to know his or her name.

      I purchased a car from Luckys back in May and it was a buy here pay here type of car sales. Just last week so less than 5 months after getting car, my motor blew up. Luckys states it is because the head gasket is bad and that is not covered by warranty. They sent me warranty paperwork of 1 page. However my uncle is a mechanic and states it is impossible that the head gasket caused this issue. They are refusing to cover this under warranty and want to charge me $3600 to have this fixed even though I have a warranty. No where in the paper work does it state this should not be covered. I have attached the estimate and the warranty paperwork for review. I asked my uncle to call and speak to their management and they would not talk to him at all and manager actually started yelling at me and was very rude and disrespectful to me and still nothing is resolved. Please help them not to rip me off.
