I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on April 02, 2022 . The owner stated the car passed emissions and safety . No documents were provided . He said the DMV would have the records of it . When I left the lot the next day the check engine light came on . I went and had it scanned at another shop they stated it the code had been reset without being repaired . The owner assured the car had no issues when I bought it . The repairs are well over what the car is worth . I went to the dealership prior to having the car for 30 days . I want my money back and he can have the car back . He wouldn’t open the door at the dealership and said it’s past the 30 days for me to do anything . I said it hasn’t been 30 days yet . He said do what you want I don’t care and hung up the phone . Several other people have had the same issue with this dealership . They are selling vehicles with known issues and scamming people . Listing cars on websites with false information . This dealership should be shut down . The title given to me has the prior customers information and death certificate . No dealership information on it stating they purchased it from the prior owner . This is illegal . I want my money back . He can have the car back .
