              I went in to have my roots done. I told her I want to keep my hair blonde and I want the roots to match. She miss understood and thought I wanted the roots to match my natural color. But I didn't realize this when she kept on insisting that the roots had to be brown. However she said it would blend and it would just be the roots. When she was done half my head was brown and it was not even at all. The crown of my head still had tons of grey?!? I went back and told them they need to put the blonde back in and make it cohesive. Blend and match the blonde. I came out with all sorts of colors the front with a big patch of WHITE going into weird blondes and some of the original blonde and browns and what now looked like black roots in the front since there was white hair. I JUST want my money back. They will not give me my money back to go towards getting it FIXED. $265.00 April 21, 2022 $265.50
