I paid for first eyelash extensions and all materials I would need to take the class not realizing that the classes came with a kit ($450.) I then signed up for the classes during covid so they were all online. While trying to get the system to work it enrolled me i, multiple online live certification classes. They THEN realized i didn't have a beauty license or esthetician license and was blocked from the program and my email was blocked. I didn't even access the material. Didn't get the classes. I wouldn't be able to use it anyway. They should verify this information prior. This is not acceptable. I asked for a refund. I emailed multiple times. If they cannot provide the courses to me due to negligence in the verification process then that is on them. I will also file with the licensing departments in all states as I was told to do by the attorney general of Washington state. I do believe i have a consumer protection case as well. Since they will not refund the money. You cannot provide classes and products to someone who cannot partake and then block them!!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE!
