Beware bad return policy. They strongly prioritize exchanges and have a large restocking fee.Review from Jack G

I ordered a tent for an up coming camping trip. The tent was mailed to the wrong address . Upon reaching an employee by the name of *******************. Not only did he make fun of my spelling he also advised me to simply wait and hope that my tent shows upon for me to track it down myself. I will now have no tent and have to cancel my trip as ***** has refused to send my item to the correct address or to issue a refund . I will be seeking legal action in response to his condescending comments about my spelling

We worked with this customer to find the package. We advised him to check with his local post office to see if they could hold the tent due to the wrong zip code on the order. While the customer refused to take any of our recommended steps, we did contact the local post office to request it be held for his pickup successfully. Our company did not insult his spelling. We mentioned that his emails were riddled with typos that made it difficult to understand from our perspective. While we took every step to assist this customer, they still seemed very upset that we choose to attempt to track down the initial shipment rather than resend a new package. Ultimately the package was delayed 2 days but was found 10 days ahead of the customer's trip. We were apologetic for the mistake. In the end, we did deliver all of the customer's order in 5 days from the time he ordered. This includes a 2 day delay at the post office for the zip code mistake.
