      I had ordered a part once received I saw it was for slightly different year/model. Couldn’t find a phone number for them so I sent a email the day I received the package. Then 20 something days later I received a email saying oh sure you can return but since it’s been 30 days you will get a 20 percent restocking fee and you get store credit. I think they are told to not respond to returns until the 30 days have gone up. Interesting way to run a business.

      My husband and I ordered parts for our car and l when they came in they were the wrong parts. I made arrangements with Michael to return the parts in return for a full refund. We took the parts to the post office paid and extra $55.00 to insure them and I have yet to receive our refund. That was well over a month ago and I’m still getting the run around. Every time I talk to someone they tell me that accounting hasn’t approved it yet and it should be a couple more days. At this point I am unable to drive my car because I’m waiting on a refund to get the right parts.

      I placed an order for some coilovers for my car. Within an hour i realized i ordered the wrong set. I immediately sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. I had already been charged.i then decided to place a claim in paypal. The next day,my claim in paypalsaid to wait for arrival of the item by aug. 13th. I then checked my email and rallysports responded informing me that the item i purchased was not in stock so they were canceling the order. I have waited almost a week now. No update in paypal, not refund credited, and no responses to my numorous updates in my paypal claim. They should never have charged my account in the first place before confirming they had the item. Other products on their site show out of stock, so why was this item even available to put in my cart. They are holding onto $977.00 Invoice number in paypal is *************************  Name order was placed under is anthony stock ( my husband) I would likemy money back immediately! This is a lot of money to have in limbo and not have anyone respond in a timely manner

      I purchased a GrimmSpeed V2 GESI Catted Downpipe for Subaru Models (inc. 2002-2007 WRX / STI / 2004-2008 Forester XT) for $1,099.00. There website advertisted the part fits my car and did not note any modification would be required to fit/install the part on the car. Because of the lack of information the aprt did not fit properly and was required to be modified by a shop to fit the car and complete the modification. The charge to modify the part was (2hrs) at $150. I called RallySport to request a parital credit to cover the added cost and the credit was denied by Flabio M******* (superviour) becasue I should have known all aftermarket parts require some sort of modification to be installed even is it is not listed on there website.

      We spoke to our Grimmspeed representative about this issue. This is what they responded back with, "That downpipe should not require any kind of modification. Unless the customer has a specific turbo or aftermarket catback, I don't see why they would need any kind of modifications. Did the customer mention what modifications were needed for fitment?"

      I made a purchase on a set of wheels 4/12/22 and had to return them because they didn’t fit my car. I was only going to get refunded for 3 because one was test fitted. I then promptly send the wheels back and rallysport confirmed that they arrived to their RMA facility. They state refund has been processed on 4/27/22, and I should expect partial refund with 3-5 business days, maybe a little bit more. 15 business days later and still no sign of refund. They will not respond anymore to my emails and I demand my partial refund for the 3 wheels that were accepted.

      The issue brought up by Mr. *********** is unfortunate and we sincerely apologize to him for the inconvenience.  He did in fact return product to our warehouse, which was received as he stated, then RS experienced a system glitch; one system failed to talk to another which would have triggered the refund.  This has been fixed and the refund was completed on 24 May 2022.  We are grateful for your business Mr.*********** and hope that we'll get another try a serving your needs.

      Placed an order on 3/21/22 for the amount of $630.94, order # ******. Order shipped out to me with *** shipping. Tracking # 1Z2E861F0295914272 .https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=QUIC&tracknum=1z2e861f0295914272/trackdetails Thats the link with shipping #. *** damaged the box and returned to sender(RallySport). The box was delivered back to RallySport 3/28/22. I've been in contact with RallySport thru e mail and haven't got anywhere. Rally Sport made Return Authorization #'s for the returns. But the box was returned by *** and never came to me. So a RA # will not do any good since *** sent it back. I told the contact that the box will probably be reboxed by *** with no info about it. RallySport contacted the returns department and said they're a few days behind and they have 5 to 6 days to process a return once received back to their warehouse. I told RallySport contact the package was received back a month ago and still no refund.

      **********************, we apologize you did not have an excellent experience with us.  This was a process error on the *** on our side; it appears there were duplicate entries for the same *** due to the shipper returning the item - this caused a clerical issue and we were able to resolve this and issue a credit for the 3 items you did not receive - we have refunded the amount for what was returned, processed on 10 May 2022.  You will receive the credit based on your bank policies, which could be 1-5 days.

      I ordered an assembled engine block (short block) and some gaskets for my 2018 ****** WRX STI. $2596 was spent. Products came as ordered, in 2 separate boxes. I ended up not needing them and returned under their return policy. I paid for shipping which including tracking, signature required, and insurance for damage. They refunded part of my return, a total of $358, for the returned gaskets. When I contacted them about the other part of the refund, I was told they never received it. After I gave them proof of delivery they were able to find it in their warehouse. But said it was actually damaged and I wouldnt receive a refund. They determined it was a total loss based on 2 bent bolts. No damage was noted to the engine block, pistons, crank shaft, etc. Just the 2 bolts that can be replaced. And I was told to contact *** and file an insurance claim for my money. I asked for pictures of the damage and all I was provided was a picture of the box with a hole and some bolts sticking out. But nothing of the engine block or the major assembly. I contacted Rally Sport for more pictures of the engine block as *** needed to actually see the damage in the pictures. More pictures were sent for my insurance claim. At this point however, Rally Sport has not responded to ***s request to inspect the damaged engine block and I have not received any response for any of my further questions. I did contact my credit card company to report a dispute, but likely nothing can be done on the CC companys end. I just need Rally Sport to assist in my insurance claim with *** to pay me for the damage from shipping or provide me with a full refund after returning their products to them with minimal damage. At this point, I think it is obvious, by their lack of response, this is a fraudulent claim of damage and once *** inspects the damage this fraud will become impossible to deny. Otherwise, they would be happy to accommodate my requests without delay.

      I made a purchase on the 1st of January for a total of $446.17. Basically what happened was, there was a problem with RallySport's payment processing system and RallySport ended up charging me 10 times for the same amount causing my balance to go negative. I've been trying to get a refund for those transactions since the 1st but I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone other than exchanging emails which hasn't lead to any kind of resolution. RallySport has taken money I don't have, I've been charged overdraft fees for each day my account has been negative. I cant pay rent, insurance, gas and other necessities until this issue is resolved. Yesterday I went to my bank to get their help with the situation, because RallySport continued to charge my card, I had to close that card and get a new one to negate the overdraft fees and duplicate charges. I just need to be refunded those duplicate amounts ASAP because I don't have another means of payment until this issue is resolved.

      I confirm that RSD did have a vendor software problem related to the calendar changing to 2022.  *********** discovered the problem and called in employees to work New Years day and Sunday the 2nd.  We did communicate to our customers via email on Monday the 3rd regarding this issue.

      RSD did get all payments refunded for all customers, including **************, who was refunded on the 5th.  In addition we offered ************** a refund on his original order - giving him the product for free.  We apologize to *************, and all our impacted customers, as well as our employees who experienced a challenging time during this technology glitch.    *************, we are so sorry for the troubles this has caused you.

      Ordered an exhaust system for my son's 2012 ****** WRX. We waited several months, it finally showed up and it was the wrong model. After 3 weeks of going back and forth via email (they don't answer their phone) we finally received a *** label to ship it back. Original box, original packaging, pretty straight forward return. They acknowledged receipt of the returned item, told us to wait **** days to see a refund at our bank. That was a month ago, they simply will not issue a refund. They told us to dispute the charge with our bank (***** Fargo). That doesn't make any sense. Just give us our money back.

      We have issued the refund at 11:00am 26 Oct as requested by *****, but he may not see the refund until bank processes are complete, which may be 2-3 days, depending on the bank or credit union.  The situation was an operational problem, yet inexcusable, for which I would like to apologize to ***** directly; I have sent ***** an email explaining that the refund has occurred on our side, but would still like to follow up with a personal call with an apology.

      I ordered a set of King ****** bearings from Rally Sport Direct in August of 2021. One of the bearings arrived loose in package and was scratched. I was not comfortable putting a scratched bearing in my ****** and emailed Rally Sport Direct on 08/31/2021 to request to return for replacement. On 09/07/2021, I received a response from Rally Sport Direct stating they need my mailing address and are working with King to resolve the issue. It was not until 09/23/2021 that I received a return form to send the bearings to King. I have received no updates or assistance since. I tried calling King on 10/07/2021 to inquire when I could expect a replacement and the person who answered was unable to assist me. I tried calling Rally Sport Direct, but they are conveniently not accepting customer calls. They are slow to respond to customer emails. I don't know why I cannot just get a replacement set of bearings from Rally Sport Direct. I either want a replacement or a full refund.
