On December 2022, somebody hacked my USPS account (I am a USPS employee) and opened a new bank account with my name in chime financial technology company whose services are provided by Bancorp bank which you can see in one of the attached photos. the hacker my pay check deposited to this chime account which amounts to $1310.58 I contacted the postal service on Wednesday to tell them about the issue, but they said that they already deposited the pay check into this account. Then I contacted chime at the same day, knowing that the money won't be available for withdrawal until Friday, they told me that they will fix the issue and send the money back to my employer. I waited a couple of weeks, but nothing happened. I called them back, and they told me that is dealt with only between banks, and I have to contact my bank and make them ask for the refund. my bank told me that they investigate only the hacking problem taking place in their bank not another one. Since chime (or Bancorp bank) never contacted me about this issue, and they never told me where my money went, and more than this, they could stop this from happening because I contacted them early before anybody can withdraw the money, I emailed them and told them that the only possible option left is that this hacking is done by somebody working for them, I never got any response from them thank you

August 2022 I put in several complaints abouta hotel, Centerstone Inn and Mariners Resort in Carlyle Illinois. Which are both owned by the same company and managed by Raj and Pam. I complained to my bank, Chime whom I have a savings, checking and credit card account that this company repeatedly continues to run my cards when I have not authorized them to. I have been a tenant at the Centerstone Inn since May 2 2022. I was there with my 18yo daughter and 8yo. I asked Raj and Pam to stop charging my cards until I had approved it. My family was homeless like several other people in the Centerstone Inn. But many of them worked for them in housekeeping or did odd jobs for them to pay the weekly or monthly payment. I paid $1332 dollars each month. I complained to Chime how could I block them from getting money out of my account if they keep saving my information? I spoke with customer service supervisors and claims supervisors. I asked them to look at my account and see all the times Centerstone Inn would charge my account. I left the hotel and tried to get help from my bank and they would not help me. They still owe me $500 dollars that they changed without my approval. This is my bank and they are supposed to protect my money. This isn't an investment company or the stock market. Chime should be protecting my money. I trusted Chime with my direct deposits. But when I ve had several issues with this company they just allowed them to take my money. Just big business helping big business. Forget about all the people like me they claim to cater to. All lies. I can't even close my accounts with Chime because they want me to send proof of identification again. But when I do they claim it didn't go through or they can't see it. Please BBB help me get what was stolen from me. I presented evidence to support my claims but Chime has done this before to me. They get away with it because Chime has a lot of clients no one else will allow to open accounts. Chime is a manipulator
