End of 2019 start of 2020 I don't remember how much was paid but COVID hit and the trip was postponed then when they started it back up I was told I'm not allowed to go unless I have been vaccinated I was not so I chose to get my money returned they have not returned the money and are now avoiding my calls. I was trying to sort it through with the business but they started to avoid even speaking to me and I just recently found out about bbb.Business response

I believe you may have your issue confused with another vendor. As a school, Utah Virtual Academy, we do not collect fees our sponsor trips for students. What was the trip for? Do you know what vendor you paid? How can UTVA be helpful in resolving this matter? Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

I am rejecting this response because:
The trip was a Dc to ******** trip, it was through EF Explore America, I had contacted utah virtual academy numerous times trying to get in contact with someone able to help get my money back. When I finally got ahold of someone I was in contact with the billing department. I was told to get in contact with the professor and they would be able to offer us the refund. They had tried to transfer us but it was sent to a voice-mail that wasn't set up. Anytime we tried to contact anyone after that if was either a voice-mail or the call ended. I just want to get in contact with whoever can get my money back.
