          • 9. Returned Goods
            It is Intellivex's policy to allow customers to return products for credit, exchange or service with prior Intellivex management approval under the following conditions.



            9.1 Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to specified location with return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of all cartons. Shipments arriving freight collect or without a return authorization number shall be subject to refusal.

            9.2 All products must be returned to the location as stated on the Return Authorization.

            9.3 All products are to be returned by carrier stated on the Return Authorization if Intellivex Corporation is at fault. Intellivex Corporation is responsible for freight. All other returns requested by Buyer are to be returned with buyer's carrier and buyer is responsible for freight cost.

            9.4 Special order and/or build to order equipment cannot be returned or cancelled.

            10. Credit will be granted based on the following conditions

            10.1 All products are packaged and palletized (upright and banded) to prevent damage.

            10.2 All products are returned without alterations in original Manufacturers and Intellivex Packaging. All products returned must be of current design and have been purchased within 90 days from the original date of shipment.

            10.3 No deduction shall be taken without prior approval from Intellivex.

            10.4 Product will be subject to a repackaging fee up to 100% if returned items are not in their original, unopened, "as-shipped" cartons.

            10.5 Specials/modified standards/non-stock products cannot be returned. Only products classified as "returnable" are eligible for credit.

            10.6 A 20% restock charge will be added to approved return authorization. Intellivex reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to charge a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling costs, and/or associated labor costs on any product returned.
