Nuvia Dental the surgeon agreed to see us on Dec ************************************************************ his mouth the surgeon told us he would personally look at my husband mouth and remove prosthetics he never showed sent in smile Dr she noted hole in my husbands mouth did not remove his teeth gave us Nystatin which would not get under teeth because he was so swollen the surgeon called in flucanozole 4 days later to cover systemic thrush. never looked at my husband would throw us plenty of pain meds but no one stopped looked and listened.On jan 3 teeth were removed my husbands gums were eat up and down to bone. Had revision it just made things worse. Now we have went somewhere else this surgeon is healing my husband. Nuvia will not give us out teeth we have paid ********* for they are wanting us to give up our hippa rights so that they can talk and be in his plane of care with new surgeon we dont want them or need them in his care. We still cant get teeth without signing a paper that we dont want to sign. Still no teeth no news or calls from Nuvia Dental except sign and then they will give us our teeth, That is our HIPPA rights our privacy laws. None of there buisness where we go they have torn our lives in to pieces let alone my nusband may never get his teeth from the mutilation. So do your homework and research dental implants please please dont let this happen to you.

I've got all the same complaints as the others but the only one I wish to address is this. Nuvia canceled on me one bissness day before my surjury claiming cooperate offices did not believe I'd be happy with my end result. They told me I would be getting a complete refund. Close to a month later Nuvia has not responded to many requests from the loan company to cancel the loan. They also have failed to return a single dime of the TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS IN CASH from our ************** Plan. Now we are faced with getting out attorneys involved (my husband has worked for ********* for the last 25+ years so we have a team of attorneys at our disposal for things just like this but most people don't!) If my husband and I were not as frugal with out money and have not worked so hard for so long Nuvia would have distroyed my chance for a healthy mouth this year.. it just isn't ok what they do to people. I have had my surjury done by a fabulous oral surgeon. No complications and I do love my pretty smile, maybe because it isn't from nuvia!Nuvia we want our money back! U have not performed any $48,000 dollar service! U canceled on me!

BE AWARE ! Be very diligent and record every word, keep every copy of every thing ! Nuvia is no different than any other " all in a day" type of dental implant. I am 1 month post op of my Nuvia implants ( 04JUL2024) and i dont believe i would use them if i had to do it over, i wouldnt use ANY of the " all in a day" places- simply save your money, find and expert, go thru start to finish with your expert, then pay cash when completed and satisfied . We would never do this with our house repairs , or our vehicle repairs so why in the h*** would we do this WITH OUR BODIES? Using places like this is " success by numbers" . They can claim success because they PUSH so many people thru, they have a general 70% success rate in my opinion, but that would also mean a 30% Failure rate ! I intend to expose them thru social media and put every single detail out there for all to see ( the details thus far are too many to input here)

Not sure why their website advertises that they have a branch in ****** when that is not the case. I rearranged my schedule and spent an hour only to find out that their service was not available nearby. Wasted my time.

ad a great visit at Nuvia Dental Center. **** was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Front desk ladies were very welcoming as well.
