I have never been to this site and on June 12,2023, I received a fraudulent charge on my account for $169.89. I called PayPal immediately and they cancelled the charge and I locked my card, but it went through again on June 13th and cleared my bank account. I also called and left a voicemail and also sent an email with no response from the company. I called later and finally got someone. She was very unprofessional and kept acting like I made the order, and even verified with me that the order wasn’t even coming to my address. I was asking for my money back but she said she couldn’t unless I sent back the product. She said that since it was going to the same zip code that it was a valid order. There are 100,000 houses in this zip code. They would not give me my money back for this fraud charge.Initial Complaint

The transaction took place 7/19/22. I paid the business ketogummycubes.com $284.95. The business says you can cancel your order, but site wouldn't let me. The business was comitted to letting an order be cancelled. i notified the business and a service rep said he would send me and email to cancel this product monthly order. i never received his email. I only asked for 1 time order.The online screens are set up with and arrow to go to next page. Apparently , the nature of this dispute is this system kept adding charges when going to a new page. It fradulently gave me a **** of $284.95 . I only checked one item and received many charges for supplements I didn't order. The pages were set up to click arrow to go to next page, you unknowingly were given charges as well. I notified this business per phone and they refuse to let me cancel the transaction. i notified my bank as well. when I called this business they were unhelpful and refused to stop or retirn all aetra charges. In review of the order placed 7/19/22, a call was received from the customer requesting cancellation of the order which was processed by our Customer support department on 7/19/22. A full refund of $284.95 was issued on 7/19/22 with a refund confirmation email sent to the customer at the time of refund. Per the customer's request at the time of the call, the order was canceled and refunded on the same day of order. If a copy of receipt is needed of the refund or cancellation, customer can contact our support department at ********************************** or at *************.
