This company is a total scam. The business owner, *********************** is a total scam and not be allowed to own or operate any businesses. I paid for his service that He did not come through on. He is refusing to refund me my moneyBusiness response

On November 20th, 2023, I entered into agreement (see attachment) with Building Tomorrow Solar by signing a contract for 15 residential solar energy appointments to be booked for me within 30 days or my money back. I sent $1050 addressed to Jordan L**** (Owner) which was 50% as agreed with representative Dylan C***. The final 50% to be billed at the end of the 30 day contract period in addition to a second month contract and payment. On November 29th 2023, I received a very disconcerting text claiming to be Jordan with a very scathing and harsh message (Please see attached screenshot text #1). Jordan L**** responded within 30 minutes stating that the text was not from him and was actually from Dylan C*** who he just fired for not performing (Please see Screenshot Text #2, 3,4). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and we texted back and forth and ensured me things were on track. I even saw him on a company zoom event and chat and we texted back and forth. He was excited to be on the company platform and telling me how he was working with some of the other solar reps in my company and had signed up to on their teams. I inquired on Dec 5th, 2023 about the campaign launch status as 10-14 days is the timeframe they stated it would take to launch. Jordan replied that he was just launching and would help me set up the CRM that came as a part of the 15 appointments. I inquired a couple days later that I hadn't received the CRM login. He then apologized and sent me the log in and tutorial video. I set the CRM up as he suggested. We texted back and forth for the next 2 weeks regarding no leads/appointments coming in. He assured me the campaigns were running and appointments would be booked soon. After weeks of texting (Jordan did not ever pick up the phone to have a conversation), Jordan went silent after several attempts. On January 11, I let him know that I was considering leaving bad reviews and a complaint on BBB as well as my solar company community. At that time he offered me either a refund or to fulfill the appointments. I requested a call from him. 24 hours passed with no call, so I requested a refund and he said that he would issue the refund at the end of the day when he was done taking appointments on Jan 12, 2024. I did not receive the refund. Since then I have reached out via text with no response. So this is why I am following through with a complaint. If the resolution is not met with a full refund of $1050, I will follow through with reviews on social media, solar sales communities and our company's compliance department as suggested. This guy is a complete ripoff. He promised me 35 well qualified leads for $4,000 and I got absolutely zero and has promised a refund but all I get is lies, lies, lies. He is the dishonest person I have ever run across.Business response

Hello,
I provided ********************** with leads; he was unable to make any sales with the leads, and now he wants to blame the company for "not providing any." That is completely false. We provided him with 35 appointments and some extras to ensure great service.
